Morning Musings:

 

I was on day four of morning workouts when I slept in this morning. The change to my stress level was noticeable.

It’s the simple things that matter. It’s the little changes to the routine, it’s the little things we say to ourselves. It’s the little things we say to each other.

What small changes can we make each day that reap a disproportionately large reward?
